Delivery
Delivery is performed by our carrier partners during standard business hours. We recommend using a secure shipping address where someone is available to receive the package, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items after the carrier confirms successful delivery.
If you are shipping to a workplace or requiring a signature upon delivery, we encourage you to note this in your order when possible. For certain high-value orders, a signature may be automatically required to ensure the package is delivered safely and directly to you.
International Shipping
For our valued international customers, we are happy to extend our shipping services across borders. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Undeliverable Packages and Refused Shipments
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the shipment, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
